Sunday, November 30, 2008 today at mac got one family brought outside food in, i only notice tht after they went out and Aunty wendy show me th plastic they left behind. (i was doing lobby in th morning) after awhile th mother come back again, and here's our conversation(in eng) tainlin: errr mdam? do you know tht outside food is not allowed in here? she: yes, but we did not mess up th place!(in a veh wat tone) tainlin: yea, but i'm jus letting you know. (smiles) she: if cannot i can talk to your manager, there's nothing wrong! we did not mess up th place! tainlin: yea i know but i'm jus trying to tell you tht outside food is not allowed into this restaurant.. she: nonono, if you really want argue you call ur manager i'll talk to him. there's nothing wrong with it, my husband wan to eat outside food while my children wan to eat th food here.do you expect my husband to eat outside while my children eat in here?! tainlin: (silent thinking of things to say) aunty wendy came and talk to her, (in chinese) wendy: she's only telling you tht outside food is not allowed in here because this is th 'rule' here. blablabla.......... she: okay i know, I WUN COME AGAIN ANYMORE! (and start swearing) lyk hey! wat's th fucking problem with her?! we talk to her sooooooooo nicely and even she can sinply say okay or whatever, no nid to apologise. but she insist on 'argueing' wib us.. last tym we tell other ppl in th same tone, same manner they jus apologised and keep th food. dhen this auntie?! WTF. pajiao or wat cannot read th sign at th door der issit? go kopitiam also cannot being outside food in wat _|_ she think she veh big uh? it wun kill us having 1 less customer lyk her, find trouble only................ after awhile Hans(manager) call me go outside wan to talk to me-,-' he said i did a great job approching(?) th customer nicely and telling them tht outside food is not allowed into this restaurant. but some customer are starbborn(?) they wun listen so maybe can try telling them in other way. .........scare me can?! i thought he wan to scold me or what LOLOL! Hans so nice okay!(because he keep telling me tht i did a grrrreat job) *laughs blablablaaaaaaa, i'm tired. working frm 9am-3pm tmr come find me hor!;D GOODBYE! |
